  • Please add another 25 minutes for me:

    5/24 15 minutes personal stepper + 10 min weights & floor exercises

    Personal Goal: 775 + 25 = 800 (200 left)
    Group total: 11,042 + 25 = 11067
  • I'll add my 80 minutes of walking I got this week, not including all the walking I did today while running errands.

    Group total: 11067 + 80 = 11147



    I'll do a personal goal next month.
  • Another hour of walking (3 miles) for me today:

    Group Total: 11,147 + 60 = 11,207
  • I've been relaxing this weekend... just 20 min walking the dogs.

    Group total ~ 11,207 + 20 = 11,227 min
  • 30 on the Gazelle yesterday.

    GROUP TOTAL 11,227 + 30 = 11,257
  • Finally I got to do a bit more exercise, so....

    Personal Total: 510/1000

    Group Total: 11,257 + 60 = 11,317
  • Reporting my weekly exercise. I managed to get in 441 minutes this week.
    11,317 Previous Group Total + 441 = 11,758 New Group Total.
  • 5 min elliptical and 60 min weights

    Group total ~ 11,758 + 65 = 11,823 min
  • okay, I just posted the JUNE thread! Let's set some goals!

    Also, we seem to be slacking this month a bit... anyone got any minutes to report they're hiding ????

  • We did SO much walking/dancing/jumping at the concert on Saturday! LOL!! We walked for hours altogether, but I'm going to count 120 minutes as good solid exercise. I maintained on the scales this week, but Andrew says I look smaller! It's that gymtime, I'm tellin' ya!!

    5/28 70 minutes walking & exercising with friends

    Personal Goal: 800 + 85 = 885 (115 left)
