But my clean eating is working.I only had a day at Toronto but I enjoyed the city. I walked around and admired some great buildings. I really did not dine out
just had a salad for lunch. I am on my weigh loss kick, so eating greasy, heavy meals out is not in a picture right now!I am really close being out of the 140's, again. I will eat clean today and get some exercise in and I am hoping to be in my 130's tomorrow. So I have 9 days to drop 5 pounds...hmmm...don't see it happening, unless I get a major whoosh
As long as I can drop 1- 2 pounds by then, I am going to be happy.

I am craving carbs and nothing I eat satisfies me so I just keep searching
went better than I thought it would with almost 3 days of stomach flu. Ran the whole race. Lots of hills. Total time 46:25 mile average 14:57. I came in 1017 out of 1130 runners. Go me
