    I like that focus on today for tomorrow perspective.

    And plan your meals.... it is one of those things we know we *should* do but so often don't... My meals through Wednesday are planned, need to work out Thurs & Friday, something my husband will like too...

    Like Sue said we are tougher and we need to brush ourselves off and get back in the saddle.
