I have no been on here for what feels like forever but with finals, work, and working out i have been super busy. So my miles for the last 9 days add up to 27.
This is such a great idea. I've been off the boards for a few months, exercising sporadically; having a goal will help keep my accountable.
I did 35min of cardio. HRM says I did about a mile. I did an old step dvd {2005} called Imax 3. I bought Imax 2 and 3 together {as a deal} then was so intimidated with 2 that I neve tried 3. I should point out I only did half the DVD, and about 1/3 of the choreography. This is why I gave up step in the first place, I tend to get confused!
