Best wishes for a quick recoveryaimebell YAY congrats on your engagement too!! I'll be annoying and ask the question I'm getting a lot now.... when's the wedding?
mkroyer ncuneo good reminder to all of us. I was considering taking a one week break from running, and now with the awful pain I had in my knee yesterday I've definitely decided to do it. No impact on my joints for one week. I'll do light lifting and gentle yoga. When I return I'll pound out 10K for my long run and 6K for my tempo/speed run. YES. Done and done.

Feel better.
I still think a good chunck IS water and glycogen and bloat, especially with the binging (NOT JUDGING...im in the same boat)
