  • Ladies, I am SO sorry about my disappearing act. I have been having such a stressful last few weeks and with no internet access it is impossible to find the time/motivation to come to the library. One of my friend's nephews died of leukemia this past week. And in my own personal life my rabbit has been quite sick and i have to syringe feed her 3x a day and feed her meds 2x a day. Again- sorry about the disappearance! If you guys still want, I can update the spreadsheet? Let me know!

  • hopefalls - So sorry to hear about your past few weeks. Even just one of those events can be stressful, nevermind all of them at once. I hope life starts to get back on track for you soon.
    This thread does seem to have simmered down a bit, but you can still count me in. I love making charts and spreadsheets, so if you ever need extra help - just let me know!

    I had a gain this week, but I know why. I got sick, stopped exercising, and totally ditched the eating plan. I'm back on track now and forgiving myself for the slip.

    Ready to dive back in and charge ahead! We can still do A LOT of damage before February 14th!

    Thanksgiving is just around the corner... yikes!!! Where has the time gone? Anybody else as unprepared for the holidays as I am? This will be my first time going through the holidays (read: all out gorgefest) while trying to lose weight. The plan is to stick to my eating/exercising just like any other day. I have a feeling that it's going to be easier said than done, though. My family & in-laws are feeders! And normally, I'm more than happy to oblige. Wish me luck, as I'm sure I'll need it!

  • Hello ladies! I gained this week, BUT that was after eating about 1000 calories worth of left-over Halloween candy (yea I threw the rest away) and drinking like a fish last night and the best part? I only gained .4 pounds, so I don't feel that bad! Next week it's ON I WILL see the 230's this time next week!
