I went into today saying that I wasn't going to sweat it if I went overboard. However, in the back of my mind, that little voice was keeping me good. I definitely ate more today than I normally do, but it could have been worse. I made sure to drink a bunch of water though to try to flush that all out quicker...haha.

as of this morning i was at 187, which is SO GOOD but i hope i didn't undo all my good progress with my thanksgiving feast today.

Ugh... I didn't get in any exercise... I went and played hide and seek with a turkey on Animal Crossing: City Folk for... *Counts on fingers* around 8 hours trying to get a Harvest set for my friend and I from the Turkey who was hiding from the Mayor because he had been invited for dinner... to BE dinner... He's not dumb! haha Anyways... took me that long to get both sets... kept giving me extras!

WHAT? I went on WiiFit to do my weight and stuff and it said I was 297 spot on... then I got on my other person to record it there too... and it said that I was UNDER 297... then I got back on my new person (the one I started to officially record my progress since I started coming here) and it said I was OVER 298!!! In less than 10 minutes I have lost and gained... what the ****?

Good morning pink team! Thanksgiving hasn't brought me down too much. My weight was back to 193.2 this morning, it was 192.8 yesterday. I'm hoping if I aggressively stay OP the next couple of days that I'll post a reasonable loss on monday. What are your plans for the weekend?

I didn't realize that they put all the Biggest Loser threads in it's own area. I just came back and found it strange that not one person in any of the numerous BL teams had posted anything since the last time I was here. LOL This is nice though, having our own little space!

I got right back on track today! I went to the gym and did some work on the elliptical. I was going to do a bit more, but I somehow managed to tweak my back yesterday. It was killing me everytime I stood up at my aunt's house yesterday. It is still sore today somewhat, but a bit better. I just did the elliptical work and plan on stretching it out some more as the day goes on.

I am kind of excited because I went into NY&C last weekend because I had seen a bunch of cool stuff at one of the stores when I was away a couple weekends ago. When I went to the store near me, they didn't have half of the cute stuff that I had seen the week earlier. I had a $20 off coupon, so I went online and ordered it from there. I bought a white puffer vest, a cute little purple wristlet purse, and a sweater and it was pretty much like getting the sweater for free! Everything was on sale and the coupon still worked! I love sales and coupons LOL Plus, I didn't have to brave that mall and all the cranky, overtired people there! haha

Damn! No WONDER I couldn't find it when it said that someone posted... haha

Good evening ladies!! i have a bit of great news... My mom took me shopping today (Spoiled me rotten!!) and not only did I have a great day on plan, but I now wear a size 14!!!! I haven't been a 14 in almost TEN years! I'm not even 24 years old so you can imagine how stoked I am right now...

Wow! way to go!

Thanks... but the way I'm going... I shouldn't be on a team... I'm weighing the team down... I don't even dare get on my wii and figure out my weight... especially the way it acted last night... saying I gained a pound in 2 minutes...

^^^ That's definitely one of the most frustrating things about the scale/Wii....the way that it can fluctuate by such extremes in a couple of minutes. I worry more about making sure that the scale is in the exact right spot than what the scale actually says sometimes!

I'm so pissed that I can't afford proper food or enough food to last me through the week. I always feel so sick first thing in the morning and not want to eat anything when I need to have something healthy first thing... and it's because I'm not eating healthy that I feel sick in the morning. Only during the summer do I feel ok in the morning... then when the weather gets cooler I feel like **** when I wake up. I wish I could afford a raw food diet since I lost to much doing it... but 300$ just for the staples to get started... and then another about 60 to keep up? I can't do that. I CAN'T! That just makes me feel like... "What else is there for me to do? I can't eat healthy because processed foods is all I can afford... The reason why people are so fat in america is because they make all the processed junk food cheaper than healthy food and make that more affordable then healthy food... which later makes our bodies think that they taste better then healthy food. Also, because I don't feel good in the morning, I can't get in any exercise first thing which I have been told is a good thing to do... kind of jump starts your body for the day and then I just don't do anything for the rest of the day... then it gets around 10 or midnight and I go "I didn't do any wiifit again today... crap."

I think I ranted about this before....

I've been away from home at extended family's house since Wed. and the food here is tremendous. I have gained 3 pounds so far and I haven't left yet! However, it is making me eager to get back home, start eating right again and restarting a solid exercising routine. So, I have a major upsetting setback, but i am ready to start over and move on so i can lose these pounds and get back on the track to healthy.
