I know my eating will be good today but I soooo do not want to exercise. I kinda don't think I will even though I know I need to.
I feel like a toddler " I DONY WANNA DO IT" LOL.

BTW I lost another lb.

I went on the scale this morning and the two pounds were back.
I am just going to wait patiently. I know it will happen but have no idea why it goes up and down like that. I am eating OP and clean and still exercising.
I will check tomorrow and see what happens.

Hi my ladies, planwise it has been okay, I mean I absolutely had no appetite today! My kitty sick again and then the other kitty, omg! I hate to complain and to make matters worse when I talked to my mom today I ended up balling, I can't believe it, I really cant! We have been through so much tish year with daddy getting very sick and all and the last thing I want to do is upset my mom, who is my best freind, and me like a big baby ended up crying on the phone! God! I called her back at 9:30 to let her know I was okay..........that woman is an angel! An angel she is I tell you! Anyways, I am mad at myself for doing that....I am really trying to take care of my parents right now and the las tthing they need are more worries! I just got so upset aobut my kitties and all. Oh I am sorry for going on this way, I guess I just need to vent! The extra stress did not make me hungry, on the contrary, I feel like eating nothing at allllllllllll! This is not good e ither! Not good! Im sorry to vent this way..........jeesh! Well, I am glad tomorrow is a new day and yes I will eat! Catch you all tomorrow.

As for me, I am feeling much better today. Tis a new day and I woke up with a new outlook. I guess I had been holding it in and kaboom! lol. ohh, I weighed in and am down 1 lb. and this is with TOM any day now so I am very hopeful of a good loss this coming week. I will need to very good of course too! Lots of water again on the agenda for today and I really have an inkling for roast chicken so DH and I will go pick one up after work.

Hattie~So here's how I try to think about those pounds. Imagine that they are like that yucky mucus guy from the Musinex commercials. The longer they have been planted in the neighborhood, the tougher they are to evict. Your two pounds went out the front door but snuck around to the back and are trying to pitch a tent in the backyard. But, you are not going to let them and they will be gone quickly because they haven't put down roots. You will evict them in no time!!!!

luckymom~Awesome job on the loss you will be at goal before we know it!

As for me, it was a really good scale day as I am down 3 pounds for the week and am back in the race to Thanksgiving in a big way. I have to lose 6 pounds in 3 weeks, which seems tough but doable. I really have still not been able to exercise everyday the way I usually do so for the last 3 days I dropped my calories down to about 1200 (usually around 1500-1600) and I think that it did the trick to evict my own nasty pounds.

We are going to a football game tonight so I am going to have some healthy snacks right now-including my apple-so I stay away from the fries, etc. but I feel so good about the scale movin' again that I think it won't be too much of a temptation.

Fullsteam: Oh...I wish I could give you a real hug! I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 9 hermit crabs. I love them like they are my babies. Since my real babies are now 22 and 24, the pets fill that position. My cat is about 15 years old and I know that soon she is going to start declining. I try to not even think about it. I am so sorry that you are feeling that pain. Don't you ever think that you are bothering us and have to apologize to us!! We are here for you!!! Through good and bad, thick and thin....forever! Your mom probably feels good when you can cry with her...that way she feels that she is still needed.

Well ladies I finished my first week of Micheal Thurmans plan and lost 9.5 pounds total since last Saturday, now I did eat that pizza last Friday night and it had put me back up 5 of the pounds I had lost, (water weight) BUT even at that 4.5 pounds are real I just know it and I am so thankful to have found this plan, I will not cheat until Thansgiving and who knows how much I can lose by then right

OOPs Fullsteam- I missed your post, I am so glad your outlook changed, sometimes we all have those days and having each other sure can make the sun a little brighter on cloudy days huh?? Your the sweetie

Ty for the support and kind words. My daddy is fine now! : ) has been fine for a while. He had a massive HA last october (he died and they brought him back) and was in the hospital many months. It's a long story and it was a long journey, they d idn't think he would make it for a while there but he did and miracles surely exist. They even called him miracle man! I would pick up mom and we would be at the hospital day in and day out, it was hard for us all but we fought like the dickens for daddy and we are very blessed and very happy that he is fine today! This past july he had heart failure and was sick for awhile but they now finally found the right meds and he is doing very very well! : ) He just needs to watch his salt intake and make sure to exercise to strengthen his heart. If you saw him today, you would never know he had a HA, he is handsome too! : ) anyways my dear ladies, what I meant was because all mom has been through, I try to protect her from any additional worries....Hattie, I think your right though...I think she would want me to reach out to her if I am upset about something. So in a nutshell, we are very very lucky that all is well. We can't risking having him catch cold so that's why I havn't seen my parents in 3 weeks and why I was pouty too but I am happy because soon, real soooooooon I will get to see them!

As for me, aside from a few cramps here and there, feeling pretty good! I am happy it's the weekend and I have DH home for company. Tomorrow is my Bday and we are planning to go to dinner tonight. I am looking forward to it but really consience of not over eating this weekend. We might go back to that seafood restaurant and it will be okay there as I can get that haddock dish. Next weekend, I have an anniversary dinner to attend and then a belated bday party for me at my moms house so It's important to me to be OP a.m.a.p in the interim. Time for me to move my tail.
