    The Blue Team is going to move on to another exercise challenge that's just for them. I'm not sure if the Red Team is still going to participate in the Flight challenge or not.

  • Hey Black Team! I just saw what the blue team is doing. That sounds like fun! Anyone want to see who can get there first? Either us or the blue team? I like that idea. I know they already started and its already Friday but we can do it!!!

  • Geez...I thought that the challenge was over, so I haven't been posting my minutes! Is it too late for me to post for the days I missed?
  • Cassie, since the blue team is doing their own thing, I think the challenge part kinda went by the wayside. However, I like keeping us accountable for our exercise, so - yeah - go ahead and add your minutes. I think we can do what we want at this point.

    967-30 minutes climbing stairs (uuuugh) = 937
  • 937 - 75 (yesterday) - 60 (today)=802
  • 90 minutes today, 75 yesterday= 637
