  • Moved on to the intense cardio Biggest Loser workout this morning...I'm surprised that I am actually still moving...what a workout!!

  • added another 30 minutes today playing football with my kids...they ran me off my feet!!

  • -2 - 30 = -32?

    Spent at least 30 minutes walking/running thru the neighborhood after our Westie, Ginger late last nite!

    (When Ginger escapses she alternates between thinking its a game and run run running and then getting scared/crying 'cause she's lost! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!)
  • 30 minute BL workout. I tried the 'bootcamp' this time. Lasted 5 minutes!!
    My goal for the end of the month is to complete that workout!

  • Wow. Looks like we're headed to nowhere fast!

    -102 - 60 = -162
  • -162-120= -282 Where are we going?!?!?!?!?!?!
  • Bootcamp again...completed it, but modified it slightly...not much jumping!

  • I sucked it up this morning and got myself moving I did my WS 3 fast miles!

    -317 - 45 = -362
  • Hate negative numbers - LOL!

    -362 - 60 Power Walk Yesterday = -302???
  • Aud's (recalculated ) -362-60=-422

    My exercise -422-120=-542
  • 60 min. power walk around the neighborhood

    -542 - 60= -602
  • -602 + -120= -722

    Where oh where are we going? Do I get to pick because I "finished off" the last tour?
  • I wish you would SoulB . . . hate to keep mathematically embarassing myself! How 'bout an autumn tour of the changing leaves? Having a brain fart - can't think of where that is . . . Help Please!
