    I didn't weigh this morning because I feel bloated after an unexpected lunch out yesterday. But, I'm here to pledge that I'll weigh tomorrow morning because I can let that get out of hand rather quickly.

    December goal: 83.1 kgs (-2.05 kgs / 4.5 lbs)

    1: 85.15 kgs
    2: 85.05 (right direction, but I'm going to need to put on some speed to meet my goal!)
    3: 84.5 (meeting my need for speed)
