  • Quote: Good morning, 117! Haven't seen you in over 20 years! So great to have you back but you can only stay for a short while...I'm on my way to meet 116, then hopefully 115 and I will be getting together for Christmas!

Good morning, everyone! Just trying to keep myself motivated and celebrate my -1 for the week
Yay US! I had a one pound loss too...(I think if I spell it out it looks bigger LOL)
  • It's so shocking to be qualified for this 'home stretch' group already!
I've only been on this for 5 weeks - down 20, 19 to go- It's unbelievable how fast this has been! This forum is amazing, there is so much support and encouragement, I'm grateful for all of you!!!

    Great job
  • Way to go, JODIO! Congrats on joining the 25 left club!

I had a great loss this week, which for me is unbelievable. It's TOM time, and I still lost 3.6 pounds. After last weeks 6 pound loss, I truly was not expecting anything this week. But my body just wanted to lose more.

I'm going to lower my goal weight I think, but for now, I'm enjoying having not much more to lose. I don't want to tack on another 10 pounds to lose right now.
  • I'm happy to be joining everyone here this week also! I went from 26 lbs to go last week to 22 lbs to go this week. I thought I would never get here. The last couple of months my losses had slowed to about half the rate.

All of a sudden, it's back to the rate I was at the first 4 months on IP.

Congrats Ragdoll, what an amazing loss.

Great Loss, ragdoll! Congrats! Hope the great losses keep coming!
  • Quote: Just wanted to share my "I'm in the home stretch" progress picture - we can do this!!!
WOW! What a transformation!!!! Congrats - great job!!!
  • Thanks sstw1!

I just did my week 21 weigh in - another 1.8lbs down, which puts me about 11lbs to goal! I'm kind of waiting for a big slowdown in losses but I haven't seen it yet. Part of me is wondering if I need to lower my goal again, I'm still pretty fluffy in a few areas and I don't feel burnt out on the diet yet. I've also started doing some super light exercise (I have a 20 minute yoga session set up on my wii fit, it's not enough to get my heart rate up but enough so that I can feel my muscles working) and may increase that as I get closer to goal too. I love that IP has me back in tune with my body and what it needs
  • Chug-a-chug-a, chug-a-chug-a, choo-choo!

The train has slowed but at least it's still moving in the right direction... another -1 for the week. Eleven more to go

Great work everyone...may your holidays be merry, bright and OP
  • I've been looking forward to joining this group for a long time! I feel like my losses are starting to slow, but not enough for me to re-think my goal (the next few weeks will be telling). I would really like to fit in my pre-children wardrobe, and I need to lose at least 15-20 more pounds to do that.

Good luck to all of you in the home stretch!
  • I just realized that I've reached the 25# milestone! I'm a lurker here, as this is only my second post, and have been doing Alternative IP for almost one month. I can't believe that as of this morning I am 25 pounds away from my goal...

This really is the home stretch... congratulations to all of you!
  • Holidays have not only been survived, they have gotten a righteous butt whupping. Just did my weigh in, I am down 3.4 pounds and 3/4 of an inch!!! HELLOOOO 160's!!!

    That means:
-one pound until I get another reward bracelet
    -eight pounds to goal
-three pounds from the weight I last maintained for several years before having kids!

    Great loss Scorbett1103!

I logged a 2.0lb loss this week and am pretty happy with that given the fact that I had a pretty nasty cold.
  • Bump! This thread was buried!

I have 22lbs to go after a nice 3.4lb loss this week!
