More temptation! Today at my office we had a lunch meeting. There were about 20 people there all eating pizza that smelled delicious.

I was good. At the end of the meeting, I came home and had 2 cups of celery and the wild berry yogurt drink. Can't wait for pizza again. Yum.

On the plus side, I made my brother mad today. He asked me how the diet was going and I told him how much I lost. He gave me sh1t because he has always been the skinny one (I use that term loosely). He is my twin and has always been 30-40lbs lighter than me although I am a few inches taller. Now I'm catching up (or should i say down). I think I am only 10-15lbs away from him now and still going.

I have my weigh in tomorrow and I am looking forward to it. Hopefully my coach does the measurements too. This is my fourth week and she hasn't done it again.

I want a celtic cross with a heart in the middle (for my wife seen in my profile pic) and my kids first anisheal at the four points. and on my calf i want a phinex rising out of the fire. for my transformation back to who i was.

Down another 6lbs today. Woot Woot!! That's 22.8lbs n four weeks so averaging 5.2 lbs per week. Pretty awesome. I would have loved to get down under 280 but I'll make it Soon.

A coach measured me but I can't remember how many inches I lost. Oh well I guess it doesn't really matter. I know they are coming off.

Got a few new packets this week, tomato basil soup and the potato purée. I'll have to give those a try.
