need a little support rigt now cuz i'm feeling down (even though I still lost 2 pounds over last week- but I couldv'e lost 4 or more!!!! boooo)



I'm trying so hard not to - I just made myself two bags of shirataki noodles with an entire block of lite tofu sauteed in soy sauce and sesame oil - hope that's 320 calories of filling stuff that will make me so full I don't want the yummy party food. Wish me luck
