Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I've hit a 160 wall and I'm currently trying to get past this. It's very easy to lose motivation once you stop seeing the number on the scale going down.
Following any specific plan: Eat right and Exorcise baby!
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: It's not just about looks anymore, I want to be healthy and feel good.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I've recently "fallen off the wagon" One of my greatest fears is to completely lose track and gain all the weight back. I'm still about 25 lbs from goal and I really want to get there!
