I actually did pretty good yesterday. I think knowing that Thursday is going to have the potential of being an "off" day, I am making sure to do a lot better earlier this week. I went to the gym (elliptical and some weights) and was still low on my calories for the day....like 400 calories under. I ended up splurging on a pop tart. I put one of the Hot Fudge Sundae poptarts in the fridge for a bit and had that as a snack before bed. It was so good....and the one poptart was only 200 calories, so it wasn't too damaging.
It's an early release day today at school. It makes it so much easier to get up in the morning when I know I only have to get through 3 hours! haha
I'm having a totally off day so far. I need your help, girls!
I work in the bakery department at Kroger so it's been a total insane asylum the last couple of days with thanksgiving. Today when our manager brought us a pizza for us to share, it was easier to scarf a couple of pieces down while I kept working than take a break and go somewhere to get something better. I knew the chances of me getting a break were slim to none. So I had two pieces of pizza. And a cookie. I turned down some cake and ice cream for someones birthday though. I do have that to be proud of.
I'm regretting the pizza decision in more ways than one.
Don't feel bad... I don't eat breakfast until lunchtime... lunch is almost always skipped and dinner is usually a bunch of food spread over a couple hours and I don't do anything or exercise...
I think you'll be alright... Drink some water, I guess, and do some more stuff...
I had a grilled chicken salad for dinner and I did the shred. I feel a little better. I made my skinny dishes for thanksgiving tomorrow and I'm not too worried. I'll nosh on veggies and protein all day.
How are we doing, pink team? I'm hoping thanksgiving didn't get the best of my relationship with the scale today. But I just wanted to say that I'm thankful for all of you! We've done a pretty good job of keeping each other motivated (I think) and we always need all the motivation we can get!
