  • 20 minutes walk today, to and from the student union for lunch... once i start teaching i'm going to try to make that a daily habit. Brings my personal total to 88 min, but I'm still hoping to make my goal for the month.

  • Went to the gym tonight, and it was CLOSED! Seems the electric went out on that part of town, so they had to close! BAH! Andrew & I got in 20 mins of walking before the park closed...tomorrow is my weight night at the gym, but since I only got in 20 mins of cardio tonight, and it was supposed to be my cardio night, I'll make sure I get in at least 15-20 mins cardio tomorrow as well, to make up for tonight.
