  • Hello everyone!

    Patti - I leave next Thursday - will be in Korea a week, and Bangkok a week. Lucky, yes and no - it's a lot of work to get ready for the training and to do the training, but at least I will have a weekend of sightseeing in each city.

    Food has been a bit sloppy - mostly because it is off schedule and not planned. Today I left the house without my lunch or my yogurt! Good thing I have some tuna and ww crackers here, and I can bum a yogurt off of a coworker!

    No workout this morning as I had an early conference call.

    didnt get my walk intoday..my but and legs are so sore from yesterdays gardening and walking..im taking a day off.
  • Can I sneak in with you Cindy! I think I need a vacation too! Oh, well....I will have to wait until August after my last class. Still loving the Steel Cut Oats but I am going to let them soak tonight in water in the refrigerator.

  • 2 more lbs to report lost. yayyyyy. I didn't think I would do it this week but I am down to 230 lbs from 244 in 4 weeks I have lost 14 lbs.
  • Mary...that is awesome! Cindy, I took a page from your book on the Steel Cut Oats and let them soak overnight in the refrigerator and didn't cook them as long this morning.....ummmmmm, I love them. They are so addictive for me and I really enjoy looking forward to breakfast now. I have been doing exceptionally well during the day, but I have struggled with the evening meal. Patti, when you feed the black flies (ouch! that has gotta hurt) do you notice any weight loss???? If so, maybe I can get some and keep them as pets? not. I have my son's graduation party this weekend, I will have to have a piece of cake but I will walk extra steps in an attempt to work it off. Have a great weekend!

    Well my boss bought me a small box of chocolates for my birthday last week...well today I got into them ..they are now gone! I was saving tehm till today so I could have a week to work them off again
    Weigh in today..up 1.5 not sure why..I was OP all week. Heres to a better week!!!
