Good morning. I didn't get a chance to post yesterday but I did get a minute to peek in and read the posts.
I've come to the realization that I'm going to have to logg my food for awhile. Since it's the beginning of a new month, I'm going to start today doing just that.
I also did my ab work and core strenghting exercises this morning. Even though it only takes me about 10 min to do them, I feel that I get my mind on the right track for the day by working my body just that little bit.
It's snowing in Ohio today. Spring is only 19 days away? Oh well, if gives me a chance to wear the new boots that I bought on sale for an end of the season buy...I don't have to wait until next year to wear them. I've got to look at the bright side.
How's everyone else doing? Anyone have an goals for March?
As I stated earlier mine are:
1. I will logg my food daily for the month of March
2. I will continue to do my core strenghting and ab work
3. I will check out the Yoga class that meets on Saturday mornings and determine if this is something I want to add to my weekly workouts.
4. I will make time to write in my journal everyday
5. I will make an effort to compliment one person each day and give them a geniune smile.
6. I will remember to take 3 deep breathes every day.

I do log my food and exercise, but since I don't count calories, I don't worry too much about specifying exact amounts. I travel and eat out a lot, it began to be a reason not to write anything down at all. If I know I'm having more or less than a serving of something, I will write "two servings of squash," or something like that.
I'm going back tomorrow morning for my first weigh-in in three weeks.
) and rarely like the way that stiff denim fits me.
