  • Hey Girls!

Yesterday I didn't quite meet the challenge, but I made up for it today with 70 minutes total of strength training and aerobics. Didn't do so well with eating though, but I think sometimes we just have to let our hair down! Especially when the European market comes to town with cheeses, olives, gourmet cookies and donuts lol

Hey don't we have one more day left? And when May is over, shall we begin a June challenge!? Audrey, glad you're feeling better! Andrea, Go Girl! I'm so proud of us! It's amazing how much exercising 'with' someone will help to motivate a person! Stay strong!
  • Biggirl,

LOL. Ya, silly me I though today was the end of May. A little premature celebration! I'm in for 30 days of June when May is over. Lol.

    Blessings,
    Andrea

  • Well since tomorrow is June 1st--I'm all for joining you ladies if you're going to be having a June challenge. I'll start out slowly on my treadmill I haven't exercised in FOREVER but I'm sure that it won't take me long to get back into it. After a couple of weeks, I'll probably start going back to the gym for the nautilus equipment--I love doing that. Good luck everyone. I'll post in the June challenge thread tomorrow as soon as I finish my workout.

And congratulations to all of you for the great job that you did in May. You're all an inspiration.
  • wOO Hoo!!! cOnGrAtULaTiOnS!!!!!
GOING OUT WITH A BANG!!! yEah THAT sounds GOOD to me!!! Yipeeee... I feel a difference too, Audrey! I can walk longer distances and what's more I feel motivated to walk longer distances! Before I would have a panic attack whenever hubby or a friend suggested a walk! Also, I'm not getting so out of breath as I did before! Now, if I can only stop sweating 10 minutes into it... lol

Yesterday, I felt shattered, but I managed to sneak in 30 mins of aerobics and strength training... but, I think I pulled somehing on my right hip/inner thigh... feels like a sore pinching or something... I might stick with yoga and stretching for today because I'm quite excited about this June challenge! Just a bit worried about how that will workout when I visit friends and family at home in US next week... I think I may very well be the person suggesting walks!

Dolphingirl (and any others who may be reading), please join us! This is a wonderful space to get/give support for exercise and overall motivation. So, WELCOME EVERYBODY!!! I'll go on and start that thread!
