  • I'm at 165.5 today but I've stopped counting the cals >.<

    I think I want to push on through October to the 150s. Doesn't seem like a bad idea with the holidays coming up to take off another 5-6.
  • Holding steady at 148 .. I'm going to go back on IP in January and try to do the "cellulite" reduction plan. That will probably take me to 140 but I've never really been able to maintain that. We'll see what happens ...

  • Down another 2.2 this week!

    I'll need to loose 3 pounds this coming week to hit my 10% goal by next Friday as I had hoped. It will be tight but I am up for the challenge.
  • I'm still 136
    yesterday, I consumed 3600 calories to pay my stress off.
    that pretty much wiped out a few days of savings.

    today is another day and feeling pretty good.
    walked 9 miles.
    ate better food.

    tomorrow will be even better.

    Finally had the guts to weight myself in almost 1 month. Truthfully, the damage could have been worse, but I am very disappointed in myself. My goal is to get back on track and back to my ticker weight (which I refuse to change!).

  • Down another 3.6# this weigh in! So I hit my 10% goal which was a great feeling to have behind me.

    I have another set of hurdles to overcome this week. I have to accompany my mother-in-law to have some surgery (all other family members are working or to ill to help) out of town this week. I am happy to help her out and all but am concerned about what pitfalls I might be up against. I just need to prepare myself with healthy and low-cal foods and try to stay focused.

    Anyhow thats my check in for this week. Happy to see all the rest of you!!
