  • I done 4 lbs (268.8 to 264.8) since November first. Not bad...

    Everyone is doing really good. And it looks like those who gained know why. That great because knowledge is power. It helps us do better by allowing us to correct our mistakes.

    I would have had a bigger lose but my sodium intake was too high. I am now trying to stay below 2000 mg per day.

  • i lost 3 and was 235 but now im back to 237 1lb down, i need to get back on track!!!

    Ghostgirl - you might think about just adding all of the weights together instead of averaging them. That way we can see a total amount lost every two weeks as that number gets smaller. Just a thought.

  • Weighed in this morn at 250 on the dot!! I knew my weigh in was off yesterday oooh well that means a bigger loss for dec 1st!
  • Ghostgirl - I hope you don't mind, but I saved you some time and put a formula under the "total weight" box that adds all the numbers for you. You are welcome to delete it if you want, no hard feelings! I took it all the way out to the June weigh in... that way you don't have to add by hand. You can still add new people, just make sure if you add rows that they are before row 58. I also added a box that shows the weight difference from month to month. It's only going to work, though, if everyone inputs their weight.
  • I also alphabetized it so it's easier to find our names.
