So, my official WI this morning is 163.3 (.9 loss). I was hoping for 162-something, but since my weekend consisted of Mc Donalds, pizza, homemade Indian Tacos, and chocolate covered stawberries, well I'm just glad to not have a gain.
I don't know what my problem was but I am back on track! I really didn't eat all that much this weekend, I just ate really bad so I'm hoping that maybe I am just retaining water from all the sodium I'm sure I consumed, and that just maybe I will have a woosh in the next couple of days. We shall see!
