WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Eating at night, and eating when there's a lot of food around - holidays, occasions, etc. It throws me off track and then I stop working out because I'm out of sorts from the lack of clean eating.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I have fluctuated with my weight for approximately 4 years now, and I want to break that cycle. My weight gain is telling me that my eating and exercise habits need improvement. It's time to change - and reverse - this cycle!

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I can't always tell the difference between real hunger and the feeling of just wanting to eat or eating due to boredom/stress. I tend to obsess about food.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: My husband is about to deploy again and we will TTC #2 when he returns. I want to start that pregnancy after being in my healthy weight range for awhile and not gain 40lbs the 2nd time around. I let myself eat whatever I wanted last time, and I do not want to go down that path again because it is very hard to come back from. I feel like I have a bigger end goal this time.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: My own mind. I used my weight as a shield for the longest time. I've recently come to see how counterproductive that is, but still have a lifetime of thinking like that to overcome.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I see that being fat doesn't protect me from being vulnerable, it keeps me vulnerable. It keeps me from being empowered. I didn't realize that before. Realizing that has made a world of difference in how I look at food. It no longer holds the promise of safety. It may still taste delicious, but it no longer means what it used to mean.
