I also go to curves, I haven't been really regular with it, but my sister in law iss now losing her vision enough, that shes shouldn't drive, so I have committed myself to take her to curves 3 times a week, knowing that it will get me there too.

by the way my sl was 108 this am and i eat like I descibed all the time.. of course portion control etc but in time you will figure what works for you..i really recommend those classes tho if you have them in your area..i learned alot.. its above 20 out today and im loving it.. the dh is watching the super bowl..im not a football fan but like all the funny new commercials..hope everyone else is having agreat day(((((((((

Wow, you are certainly doing well, controlling your BS. I know it must be hard for your to hear both Rosey and I telling you to eat more when you are obviously doing so well, but it will prove true in the longer term.
the phone woke me up at 5 am scared the do do out of me as i hate those calls early or in the middle of the nite.. always seems they are bad news.. so i stumbled to the phone and guess what a telemarketer
by then the dogs where up and prancing so no going back to sleep..im tired allready and the days just begun..sl was 99 this am.. never has it been this low.. new meds are really working..welcome creations..our groups growing..i like that
So i read food labels and exercise 3 times a day just incase i do go over my calorie intake. I am learning to listen to my body now, like if i eat something and i don't feel right after i eat it then i know not to eat it nomore. So your body will let you know when sumthing a right.
