I am with Ilene. In the beginning my weight loss was pretty quick-about 2 pounds per week. But, once I got under 180 it really slowed down. I haven't even weighed myself in a couple of months because of it. I take measurements once a month though and record them. I am at the point where I really have to work for every darn ounce.

No matter how slow or how many years it takes... I will be successful and be at a healthy weight one day!

Unfortunately since April I've been slacking off, but I'm back on track since mid August and working harder than ever! At this point in time I'm happier with going down to a size 6 or 4. I'm at an 8 right now which is really good because a year and a half ago I was a 14....
