Does this way of eating help hypoglycemia. I get shaky in between meals, crave carbs really bad, I tried South Beach a few dozen times, & can't stay on it. I'm getting mixed messages, some sites say that low-carb & high protein is the way to go, some day more whole grain carbs. Help!?

. So I have been having 1-2 poached eggs with 2 slices of turkey bacon or back bacon and 1 slice of wwbread for breaky this seems to work but I don't like eating that many eggs in a week. I was thinking maybe a toasted cheese and bacon sandwich in the morning and really watch the rest of the day ...do you think this will be too high...I only eat whole grain bread. Hoping to get on track again properly....I was doing some walking but alas the yucky weather started today finally got our snow
(I live in Ontario Canada) so going to have to really get motivated now lol...well looking forward to reading and posting again.
