  • @love2be150 No, I haven't heard of them, but I'm going to have to go on the hunt lol! I love love love pasta, and if I can find a healthy, low carb alternative to indulge in when I have a craving I will have to try it!

    So far things have finally evened out for me! I'm back on plan, working out at least 3x a week (with it being so close to the end of the school year that is the best I can do honestly), and watching my restaurant choices as well as all the job and moving stuff I think I'm doing well!

    End of April weigh-in is 224!

    Umm, gained almost 4 lbs overnight. Whattttt???? I'm blaming water retention. I felt so dehydrated last night, I think I chugged 4 massive glasses of water right before I went to bed. Who does that? Me. That is all.

    I'm really struggling right now. I was craving sugar something awful yesterday at work. I went to the cafeteria and bought a bag of gummy worms and inhaled them. It was roughly 450 calories I didn't need. Shaking my head.


  • I updated my first post on this thread on page 1. I only lost -2.2 Lbs. This has been my worst month this year. At least I am only + .8 Lbs from my lowest weight this year. Good Luck, Everyone!
  • It sounds like many of us are having a hard time right now. As for me, I had my weigh-in today and I GAINED 3 pounds. No idea why. I'm comforting myself that it's just water retention but again no idea why I'd be retaining water really.
  • Arghhh..... I'm moving the wrong way. I'm up another pound today. I know why, but still........
