I haven't been this in control of myself in many years and find myself having hope, but also being a bit scared as the weekend is coming and that is the time I have issues. Especially with all 5 kids home this weekend, my husband, and a birthday party planned for him Saturday.

It will be interesting to hear how your scale measures up to your doctor's scale! 
Just yesterday, I decided to start adding Crystal Light to my water. I know it has artificial sweeteners and that's not great, but so does my Diet Dr. Pepper and I kept reaching for it over water. Now I am drinking more water. I have no problem drinking water in the summer, but in the winter, it's so difficult for me. I took the suggestion to keep it at room temperature, but still, I wasn't drinking it like I know I should. Now I am. However you do it, drink up!
