Down another 2# this week. It is strange, last week I exercised like crazy and only lost .4 whereas this week I didn't do any exercise (only dieted) and lost 2 pounds. Who knows??
Next week might be a struggle. I picked up a weeks worth of consulting work so I will be busy working and around many temptations. I guess at some point I need to expose myself to all of the worlds pitfalls. Rather than what I have been doing, hiding in the house.
