The extra weight on top of a condition must take its toll. At almost 60 pounds gone I bet you already feel amazing! Keep up the good work and I can't wait to follow your story!
Can glucosamine or something else also help with your joint function? I am almost 38 and notice a lot of clicks and aching so I have started to take this supplement. I know there's aren't a ton of studies but some swear by it so I figured I would give it a try. Also consider accupuncture or accupressure or other wester physical therapy during your process . . . you might be surprised!
I, for one, am disappointed (but not discouraged) that the scale is up almost a pound this morning . . . just goes to show I shouldn't expect a weight loss on my time frame. It will come . . .
I have started taking glucosamine, I can't really afford to do any type of physical therapy right now. But I do get in the pool at my apartment daily for about and hour and thread the water its helps out.

I have a very happy go lucky kinda person. There isn't too many days you won't see me smiling or saying something positive to someone. If I come across a stranger and make eye contact, I always say HI. You never know who you will meet or by you just saying HI might make a person's day. People get vibes when you pass them so that is why I always speak, some speak back and then again some don't, it doesn't matter to me because I felt good by saying HI!

My mom is awesome, she has always worried about me and the weight but I would just say yea mom i know. I never worried about me I worried about everyone else they always came first. The kids, the hubby (now ex) I was always on the back burner. I have been divorced almost 6 years now, my boys are in college and its time for me. When mom offered to help me I couldn't pass it up. I am doing this for me but most of all I am doing it for her as well. My mom has always been proud of me but to hear the excitement in her voice when I call her on my weigh in days is priceless. Sometimes I call her 5-10 times a day just to talk to her. She lives in Louisiana. We have been close but this journey has brought us closer. SO with that being said Thank you mom...I love you!
She reads the posts here daily but never writes anything but we always talk about everyone's posts when we are on the phone. I plan on losing all of my weight and NEVER getting off by cheating. There has been nothing tempting to me at all that I can not pass up.
