I do TONS of research before I go out. In fact I have a birthday dinner to go to at Red Lobster and already picked out every thing and calculated the calories and told my husband to make SURE I order it and not waiver. Whenever I go to a restaurant I tend to waffle so I make sure to look over the menu beforehand if I can.I love that Applebees has weight watchers menu's too
though I'm not on watch watchers I just always found it interesting.

Hopefully this weight flux is just TOM and salt intake from yesterday. :] I really want to be in the 140s by the end of the month.
