Welp, My official weighin for today put me at 242. So I'm down 3.2 from November 1st. My weightloss has really slowed down over the last few weeks and I've been getting discouraged, but I'm actually down 1lb from my weighin on Friday, 1lb in 3 days was definitely nice to see. I'm starting regular strength training and I'm changing up my diet some to try to get less carbs so hopefully it will start making a difference. Hope everyone else has a good weighin today. =)
Had a horrible week and weekend of not eating healthy or working out. And of course the scale shows for that. Am back on track today and will be starting over again. Hopefully a week or two and things will be back where they were.
Down 6.8 so far as of this morning. It was an even 7 yesterday, but those daily fluctuations, ya know. I added my current weight to the spreadsheet.
Ghostgirl - you might think about just adding all of the weights together instead of averaging them. That way we can see a total amount lost every two weeks as that number gets smaller. Just a thought.
