    Had a minor bout of food poisoning this week, which I don't recommend as a weight loss strategy, but hey, every cloud... X
  • Gotta use Friday's weight as I broke my scale this weekend. I have one ordered and I hope to have it by next weekend.

    I followed my plan and did my P90X workouts last week - don't know why the gain...maybe ToM...but I don't usually see to much change during that time. *shrug* I'll just keep on swimming!

    I'm seriously over gaining for a second straight week. I don't know if this is because I am PMSing, I've started strength training or that I've changed my diet (I'm going back to what worked!) but dang it, I'm overhauling everything. I'm going to the doctor today so maybe he will have an idea.
    I'm also coming off day 9 of insomnia and day 5 of a headache and none of my meds are working. UGH. I hate feeling this way!

    As someone who suffers from both extreme PMS and migraines and the occasional bout of insomnia (isn't being a woman GRAND) ..I feel your pain!
    I know that for me, LOTS of water helps both situations. If helps is a good word, more like, makes me not want to rip my head off!

    I don't know what your diet is like generally, but I know that my migraines are PMS and diet triggered. Nothing I can do about the PMS ones unfortunately, but the diet ones yeah.
