As someone who suffers from both extreme PMS and migraines and the occasional bout of insomnia (isn't being a woman GRAND) ..I feel your pain!
I know that for me, LOTS of water helps both situations. If helps is a good word, more like, makes me not want to rip my head off!
I don't know what your diet is like generally, but I know that my migraines are PMS and diet triggered. Nothing I can do about the PMS ones unfortunately, but the diet ones yeah.
