I said no to a breakfast burrito today. I was really fiending for one, but there are sooo many things in the burrito that I am avoiding eating right now, so, I decided to just try and ignore those cravings as best as possible.
I am glad I did because I have already eaten lunch, am still below my 1200 calorie limit, and didn't binge on the foods I am not supposed to eat. Yay!
