  • My first time in here so my here's my starting weight as of this morning...

    151.8
  • gain one pound since last week, so i am at 198 just need to be better this week.
  • Down 3.6 since yesterday morning and was 148.2. Gotta love that water weight loss.
  • Down to 159.8! Wahoo!
  • Stupid water retention. 195.6.
  • Technically I'm up and really sore from volleyball sunday so I know its not "real" weight so I'm sticking with a weight of 151.6
  • 138.4... yesterday I was 137.8, day before I was 136!!! WTF is going on!?!??!??!! I've have 1000 cals a day the past 4 days... weird. I hate my body sometimes.
  • Why don't you try eating some more cals for a few days, at least 1200, maybe 1500, and see if that helps any.
  • Loss! 1 and a half down. Very, very pleased. If I get the same next week I get my first 'Silver Seven' at WW. Really going to work hard to make it happen.
  • Haven't done too well the past couple of days, got on the scale this morning, it was up 1.7, don't think it's possible to gain that much in 2 days, esp since I calculated the calories I had both days and it was about 700 over the amount I'd been having and losing. Anyways, gotta be water weight I figure!

  • I think just because I cheated over the weekend, so I think it's likely that that is catching up with me.

    happeningf - Did a health professional tell you to only eat 1000 calories? If not I would up them then. That's not enough for your body to function properly. I've heard time and time again to NEVER go below 1200 calories. That you need at least that many calories for your organs to function properly. Anyway, I'm in agreement with megwini that's just my two cents. Hate to see anyone starving themselves...

    I was down another pound this morning 147.2. I can't wait to break through 145!!
  • TMI alert - 195.2, however that was after not having to gone to the bathroom since Monday night and BEFORE I had my little episode at the gym this morning. Hopefully it'll be back in the 194 range tomorrow. Grrrr.
  • 137.4 today, so going back down.

    I eat 1000 cals/day on the days I don't work out and not often. otherwise it's 1200 or even more, because I cheat a lot.
