Mellie, I had some appetite loss, but even if you're not hungry you should still be sure and eat. When I started tracking calories, I was surprised to find that some days I was eating under 1000 calories, and that's not good for longterm success. I love the cheesecake. It makes a lot, so I cut it up and froze the slices individually. Helped to keep me away from it too.

After Ph1, it's great with berries. Hooray on the 7 lbs!

Hope you all have a fun Sunday planned. I've got a modified version of cottage's spinach feta fritatta in the oven, yum. Gotta take a shower and I think I'll scrub the bathroom while I'm at it. I stayed up too late last night, but I got all the curtains and the light fixture up in the kitchen, finally. I just made plans to meet SIL and niece this afternoon to see Sweeney Todd, and then take DD1 bra shopping. I'm looking forward to getting fitted myself and maybe get out of this bra **** I've been in.
