Day 5 - exercise - 3 pauses left
Well, my knee has been bothering me a lot lately, but I love my step aerobics and kept going anyway. Probably wasn't the smartest idea, but, I really do enjoy my workouts and I always have that fear that if I take a break, that I'll lose the "habit" of working out! Finally though, I have decided I need to let my knee heal and talked my husband into letting me buy a stationary bike. Ended up coming home with a spinning bike. Now, I can keep working out, but give my knee a break since bikes cause less knee strain. Hopefully I can be back on my step in time.

beachlvr! Glad to have you here. I would just declare a level 3 myself. I usually workout 6 days a week and just count the 1 day off as a pause, or I'll try to do something little and quick to count as exercise to save a pause. Whatever works for you. Good luck with your challenge!


I am thinking perhaps what I need to do is DO SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY. It can be small. It can be cleaning or reading a different paper or simply writing to a different person than I normally do. But I will do something different or new from my normal routine. Starting tomorrow, Sunday, Oct. 28. Here goes!
