    This is the first time I've been able to post on this thread. It started while I was on a business trip 2 weeks ago, and I haven't exercised since (bad bad me!!) but I finally got off my but tonight and got in 30 minutes. Not much but a start.
  • 656 - 60 = 596
  • 1 hour yesterday & 1 hour today.
    596-120=476
  • 476-120=356
  • 356-25=331
  • I went for a 60 minute walk, tonight I'm going to a class...so I'll post my walk time now and class time later

    331-60= 271
  • Cardio and strength training

    271-90= 181

    Come on girls were almost there!
  • Did battle with the treadmill again. 60 minutes.

    181-60 = 121
  • up at 5:30 this morning to work out...need to shed those "Disney pounds"!!!!

  • Wooo! Just got back from Cardio Kickboxing class! That means another 60 minutes today (for a total of 2 hours today for me!). If I was allowed to do more than 2 hours a day, I would go do a minute of pushups/crunches to make us the winners! But I can't do more than 2 hours, so someone, ladies!! One minute of somethin'!
