Thursday- Wow I did it four days. That was my goal. I walked on my TM and did my little hand weights. Yeasterday I went over and checked out my friends gym she started and worked out a bit there. Hope I can get over there today....
Monday- Nothing
Tuesday- church workout(lots of leg exercises like squats, kicks, lunges) some body sculpting
Wednesday- 3 mile WATP
Thursday- did Leslie Sansone's 2 mile deluxe walk and church workout(used a good bit of step this time, used weights, but skipped other body sculpting)
Friday- Nothing
Saturday- Probably will be total body workout(body by jake)about 45 minutes(uses weights and squats, lunges)
That's all the exercise I will get until next Wednesday!
Friday & Saturday- days off
sunday- 20 min upper body weights ( and thats with being sick with a bad cold, I just took it easy and worked slow, but I got it done)
