  • Monday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Tues.- Walked on treadmill
  • Wed.- Walked on treadmill
  • Thursday- Walked on treadmill.
  • OOps! Tuesday-One hour ballet
    Thursday-One mile walk in the park. 72 degrees and wonderful!
  • Monday: Walked about 45 minutes in Helen, Georgia. (Alpine village with shops...but I did not stop in the shops at all, just walked)
  • Wednesday: One mile hike UP the mountain to Anna Ruby Falls, and back.
  • Thursday: Another stroll through Helen for about 30 minutes, though it was broken up by stopping for lunch...
  • monday- 2 mile deluxe walk
    tuesday- 3 mile watp
    wednesday- ramp it up
    thursday- walk n jog(a 30 minute killer)
    friday- 3 mile watp

    haven't done yet...

    Saturday- planning on Ramp it Up
    Sunday- cleaning house!
