Stuffed Roma Tomatoes and mushrooms
 

I've been stuffing hollowed out Roma tomatoes with hummus and crab dip... I also stuffed baby bella mushrooms with the same. What are some other non cheese filled items that I could use to stuff my tomatoes?

Hmm..spinach, onions, green bell peppers... you could also use ground turkey!

You can stuff those things with anything to be honest. It all just depends on your preference of veggies (or other things)! The ones I mentioned is the veggies I love :)

These all sound delis...gonna try some.
