Welcome to our newest forum! We've had a lot of requests for a place to discuss more budget friendly meal tips, and we hope this will be a busy forum.

With the economy as it is today, eating healthy can sometimes be a challenge. Hopefully we'll all be able to help each other find delicious ways to make use of inexpensive foods such as dried beans, while getting the most out of costlier foods such as organic and free range.
