Hi, I enjoyed reading your blog. I know what you mean about eating in restaurants and feeling out of control. I am moving to Germany and also happy that eating out is mainly for special occasions there. In the US it is a big temptation almost every day.

You have a point about the video games! Late at night is the worst for me, so anything that makes me forget about time going by is good to distract me from wanting to snack.

I like your nickname for the scale, by the way :)
