HI guys! I´m a newbie here so a brief intoduction about myself first:
I´m an ex yo-yo dieter and chocoholic with two children from Finland. I had a baby two years ago and realized I have to do something about myself when the scale hit three digits at the end of the pregnancy. I started the actual weight loss journey from 198 lbs (90 kg) and two years later I now weigh 136 lbs (62 kg). I´m 175 cm tall (6´8")
