My Keto blog

For low carbers, ketogenic dieters, just a mish-mash of information that I have absorbed since starting my journey because I see a lot of the same questions asked over and over again in low carb and keto forums. I try to keep it drama free, low key and just me and my mental meanderings. I don't post pics either: progress, food porn or otherwise.
