Blogging away - my take on my post flabby body
 

Hello everyone, I have been keeping a blog about my own experiences of being 150 pounds overweight. I am now 32 years old and in control of my body and life for the first time in over 12 years!

I have been writing a blog about my experiences both as a post morbidly
obese person (I am in remission!) and looking back at how I felt whilst I was carrying 300 pounds.

It's a warts and all account, no holds barred and I really want to share this blog with anyone who is either thinking of losing weight, has lost weight or is in maintenance phase.
