I noticed a lot of people here have weight loss blogs. I just started one today, and I'd love to add some friends to it. I'm always on the lookout for encouraging weight loss stories and progress pictures. :)

I have a blog as well, I tried to post a new thread about it twice but the posts were never approved, not sure why :(

I'm hoping that blogging about my journey will help keep me accountable and on program, maybe even help me see how my mood correlates to my eating patterns.
