I just found this thread by accident today and am so thrilled, because I love checking out new blogs. I started mine with 3FC just over 6 months ago when I started my last ever diet and first ever lifestyle change. (Yes, I am a reforming yo-yo dieter.) I had no expectations but quickly fell in love with the creative process and the amazing community I discovered. Since then, I have moved to a different host for more creative freedom, but still am active everyday in the 3FC South Beach Forum. You can find my blog link in my signature below.
