It's true, and something all of us come to terms with eventually - If Weight loss is going to be successful, we need to be our own driving force. We have to be our own motivation. We have to want this badly enough for ourselves to really make it happen... And so, the title of my Blog.

I Can Only Do This For Me.

I'm silly, fun, and a little bit on the wacky side... And I'm experiencing this journey in a whole new way from previous attempts, because I really am in it for myself. For my own reasons, for my own goals. It feels amazing, and even when I get discouraged, I remind myself of how far I've come. How happy I am *most* of the time. :)
